Three ways I can help
Identify what's holding you back, strengthen how the business operates, or improve how you deliver.
Business Pulse Check
Understand what needs attention first
A focused, fixed-price assessment to identify what's working, where the gaps are and what to prioritise.
Leave with prioritised findings and a practical action plan tailored to your business, with no ongoing commitment.

What I look at
How each part of the business runs and connects — ownership, decisions, cadences, reporting and key handoffs, plus what's working and where the gaps and challenges are.
Timing
2–3 days of my time, with a report delivered within a week of our last conversation.
Who I speak with
You and the people who run each part of the business — function leads or, in a smaller team, the people doing the work — plus a review of your existing plans, reports and processes.
Your time
About 2–3 hours from you (a kick-off and a findings session), and a short conversation with each person involved.
What you receive
Prioritised findings (what's working, the gaps and the risks), a clear view of who owns key decisions and processes, and a phased action plan tailored to your business, walked through with you.
No ongoing commitment
A fixed-price, standalone assessment. Use the plan with your own team, or continue working with me. It's your choice.

Practical support. Lasting ownership
I work inside your business to build the structure you need, put it into practice and prepare your team to take ownership. The scope and level of involvement reflect what your business needs.
Build what's needed
Starting from our agreed priorities, I put the foundations in place to strengthen your operations, your delivery or both — from processes and systems to delivery plans, governance and clear accountability. Each sized to what your business needs.
Operate it, and prepare your team to take ownership
I lead day-to-day operations or delivery, resolve issues as they arise and support the person who will take ownership — whether that's a new hire or an existing team member.
Transfer ownership to your team
Your team holds the keys. I step back into an advisory or check-in capacity — or off the engagement entirely — once your team is ready to run it.
The right level of support
Support is scoped around your priorities, with a clear path to ownership inside your business.
For businesses ready to implement internally, supported by experienced guidance and on-demand coaching for your leaders.
For businesses that need hands-on leadership embedded in the business to strengthen operations or delivery — from planning through to transfer of ownership.
Continued guidance after ownership transfers to your team — including progress reviews, operational advice and support with delivery challenges.
A few things worth knowing
What exactly is Fractional Operations & Delivery Leadership?
Senior operational leadership on a part-time, embedded basis. I work inside your business, alongside your team, carrying the same level of ownership you'd expect from a director-level hire, without the cost or commitment of a full-time one.
How is this different from a traditional consultant?
A consultant typically diagnoses and hands over a report. I embed in the business and run the change directly — chairing the forums, holding the cadence, preparing the internal owner, whether that's a new hire or someone already on the team — until your own team can run it without me.
Who is Excellique best suited for?
Fast-scaling businesses where growth has outpaced the operational structure supporting it — typically where a founder or leadership team feels the strain but isn't ready for a full-time senior operational hire yet.
Where do you work?
I'm based in Sydney and work remotely, on-site or through a mix of both.
What does it cost?
Fees reflect the scope and level of involvement. The Business Pulse Check is a fixed price. For other work, we'll discuss an indicative range on the discovery call and agree pricing before work begins.
