My story
My career spans 20+ years across technology, consulting, operations and delivery, from startups to large enterprises.
Across those environments, I've seen how growth puts pressure on the way a business works. Decisions become harder, handoffs become less reliable and too much depends on a few key people.
I founded Excellique to bring experienced operational and delivery leadership to businesses that need it without a full-time hire. My focus is on creating practical structure, helping people put it into practice and preparing them to carry it forward.

Led regional operations and managed multi-million-dollar P&Ls, connecting people, processes and systems so teams had clear ownership and the business ran consistently.
Delivered system implementations, cloud migrations and transformation programs, with the governance to keep decisions, risks and timelines moving.
