Privacy policy
Excellique Business Consulting (ABN 25 676 440 636) is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how I collect, use and protect your personal information, in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
Last updated: 30 October 2026
What information do you collect?
Only what you choose to share. This is usually your name, email address, company and message when you send an enquiry, book a discovery call or email me. If we work together, it may also include business contacts, billing details and information about your business needed to deliver the work.
The website also records anonymous visitor statistics, such as pages viewed and the type of device used. These don't identify you.
How is it used?
To reply to your enquiry, arrange and hold calls, and deliver, manage and invoice any work we agree on. I'll only send you updates or marketing if you've agreed to it, and you can opt out at any time.
I won't sell your information.
Who do you share it with?
I use a small number of trusted providers to run the website and my business, such as website hosting, enquiry forms, email, call bookings and accounting software. They handle information on my behalf and only as needed to provide their service.
I may also share information if required by law, or with professional advisers (such as an accountant) where needed.
Is my information stored overseas?
Some of these providers may store information outside Australia, including in the United States. I choose reputable providers with strong security and privacy practices.
How is it kept secure, and for how long?
I take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, including secure, password-protected business systems.
I keep information only for as long as it's needed for the purposes above, or as required by law (for example, financial records), and then delete it.
Is client business information kept confidential?
Yes. Business information shared during an engagement is treated as confidential and handled under the terms of our agreement.
Do you use AI tools?
I may use reputable AI tools to help with tasks such as drafting and analysis. I don't enter sensitive personal information into them without your consent, and I review all outputs myself.
Does this website use cookies?
The website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. The hosting provider may set essential security cookies to protect the site from misuse.
How can I access, correct or delete my information?
Email enquiry@excellique.com.au. I'll respond within 30 days.
How do I make a complaint?
Email enquiry@excellique.com.au with the details and I'll respond within 30 days. If you're not satisfied with my response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
Will this policy change?
I may update it from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated.
